Job Description Job Description LHH is seeking an experienced
Business Immigration Paralegal to join our Atlanta team. This
position supports our immigration attorneys and corporate clients
by managing a wide range of employment-based immigration matters.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a
collaborative, fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling
complex casework. This role offers a hybrid work schedule,
combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Responsibilities The paralegal will assist immigration counsel and
clients by managing case preparation, communication, and compliance
tasks, including: Drafting and organizing documentation for labor
certification filings Coordinating all stages of the labor
certification recruitment process Preparing comprehensive support
letters for visa petitions Maintaining consistent communication
with clients to provide updates and gather information Collecting
required evidence and supporting documents for all case types
Conducting internal case audits to ensure accuracy and adherence to
regulations Interacting with government agencies as needed to
support case progress Researching filing procedures, regulations,
and requirements Updating and monitoring client databases,
including petition approval and validity dates Qualifications At
least 2 years of business immigration experience Strong analytical,
writing, and communication skills Experience with temporary
employment visas (L-1A, L-1B, E-1, E-2, H-1B, O-1), PERM labor
certifications, employment-based immigrant petitions, consular
processing, adjustment of status, and naturalization Salary is
commensurate with experience Proficiency with Microsoft Word,
Excel, and Outlook Experience using immigration case management
