Counseling or Social Work Graduate Fellow 25- 26 to assist with
clinical responsibilities across direct service programs.

Location: The Village; with travel to other campuses as needed;
Remote work 1 day a week Term: One Year (May 2026 - May 2027)
Position Summary: The Post-MSW Graduate Fellowship is designed to
provide advanced clinical training for a recent graduate (December
2025 or May 2026) from a Master of Social Work program. The Fellow
will be oriented to a system of care for youth and women who have
experienced or are at-risk of commercial sexual exploitation in
community-based and residential treatment settings. Additionally,
the Post-MSW Graduate Fellow will provide research and analytic
support for the organization’s impact, evaluation, and research
initiatives to ensure evidence-based, data-informed practices. This
aims to bridge the research-practice gap that exists in mental
healthcare, supporting Wellspring Living in contributing to a
growing body of knowledge in the anti-trafficking literature. This
comprehensive training is designed to prepare the Fellow for a
robust career in micro, mezzo, and macro social work with
specialized training in clinical social work, impact evaluation,
and working with survivors of human trafficking and those at-risk.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): This Fellowship
consists of administrative and direct service responsibilities,
including. Provision of individual Clinical Case Management
Services at the Women’s Academy and Post-Program Support (including
the Bridge Transitional Living Program and community-based).
Facilitating psychoeducational and process groups at Women’s
Academy. Contributing to multi-disciplinary team meetings in
programs where holding a caseload (e.g., Women’s Academy, The
Bridge). As-needed coverage of clinical services across the
organization’s continuum of care (Receiving Hope Center, Women’s
Residential Program). Attending weekly-group supervision meetings
and other clinical trainings/retreats. Complete required
documentation, assessments, and surveys in EHR. Provide
administrative support in reporting and accountability system for
program evaluation (e.g., managing, creating, revising Collaborate
Role Guides). Support data-requests as needed, including grant and
quarterly program evaluation reports. Support knowledge
dissemination through conference presentations, trainings,
white-paper and peer-reviewed manuscripts as needed. Work with
Impact Manager to produce quarterly impact reports and review
progress with programs. Obtain LMSW licensure during the Fellowship
year. Participant Engagement and Program Support Provide care to
program participants without regard to race, gender, ethnicity,
religious or spiritual beliefs. Provide culturally competent care
for participants wondering about their sexuality or gender
identity. Maintain knowledge of current best practices across
Wellspring Living programs, as well as trafficking and trauma,
seeking professional growth in evidence-based practices through
training and independent study. Professional Qualifications: Recent
graduate of a CSWE-accredited MSW program. Programs in the
accreditation process will also be considered. LMSW
license-eligible, with plan to pursue licensure during the
Fellowship period. Strong administrative and organizational skills
with computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
(Word and Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar,
and Google Docs). Position Requirements: Employment is contingent
upon successfully completing pre-employment background checks,
including criminal history, fingerprinting, and drug testing.
Continued employment is subject to ongoing compliance with these
checks. Possession of a valid driver’s license is required and must
be maintained throughout employment. Documentation of references
(at least two professional and one personal) that attest to the
person’s capability of performing the duties of the position and to
the person’s suitability of working with or around children and
vulnerable populations. Working Conditions: Ability to lift objects
up to 25 pounds and work for long periods at a computer. Moderate
local travel required related to program and training needs, as
well as occasional travel beyond the metro Atlanta area. Skills:
