next level. Role Overview Multi-Site Environmental, Health & Safety
(EHS) Manager Location: Atlanta, GA, with frequent travel to
McDonough, GA plant (under construction) We are seeking an
experienced Multi-Site Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager
to lead our safety and compliance programs across our corporate
headquarters and commercial manufacturing facility in Atlanta, GA
and our expanding manufacturing facility in McDonough, GA. This is
a highly visible role that ensures we maintain the highest
standards of workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and
environmental stewardship while supporting our mission of
operational excellence and growth. The EHS Manager will be
responsible for building, implementing, and overseeing all aspects
of EHS strategy, policies, and programs, ensuring full compliance
with federal, state, and local regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.). This
leader will partner closely with operations, engineering, and
leadership teams to foster a proactive, safety-first culture across
all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities · Process
Safety Management (PSM) Leadership o Design, implement, and
continuously improve a comprehensive OSHA PSM-compliant system for
chemical manufacturing operations. o Own and manage Management of
Change (MOC), Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR), and Operating
Procedures. o Develop and manage contractor PSM integration for
construction, maintenance, and turnaround activities. o Partner
with Engineering to ensure process safety is embedded in design,
scale-up, and technology transfer. o Collaborate with plant
leadership to develop emergency response plans and risk assessments
for manufacturing operations. o Champion a culture of
accountability, safety, and environmental responsibility. ·
Chemical Manufacturing & High-Hazard Operations o Ensure compliance
with OSHA PSM, EPA, Hazard Communication, Chemical Hygiene
requirements and state/local regulations. o Serve as the primary
point of contact for regulatory agencies, inspections, and audits.
o Lead chemical risk assessments, including chemical compatibility,
release scenarios, and consequence modeling. · Startup, Scale-Up &
Capital Projects o Lead process safety readiness for new units,
expansions, and greenfield startup. o Participate in design reviews
(P&IDs, process flow diagrams, relief sizing, safeguards). o
Ensure safety-critical documentation and training are complete
prior to startup. o Conduct and oversee EHS training programs for
employees and contractors. · Performance Monitoring & Continuous
Improvement o Establish process safety KPIs (leading and lagging
indicators) and routinely communicate performance to leadership. o
Lead root cause investigations for process safety incidents and
near misses. o Drive continuous improvement using lessons learned,
audits, and industry best practices. Partner with senior leadership
to integrate EHS considerations into business strategy, capital
project planning, and new technology implementation. Lead emergency
preparedness programs including site drills, community
coordination, and crisis response readiness. Qualifications ·
Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, engineering,
environmental sciences, or related technical field. · 7 years of
EHS experience in multi-site chemical manufacturing or high-hazard
process environments. · Demonstrated experience building and
managing an OSHA PSM program, not just supporting one. · Strong
working knowledge of OSHA PSM, EPA, NFPA, and chemical process
safety standards. Preferred · CSP, CIH, or CCPSC (Certified Process
Safety Professional) strongly preferred. · Direct experience with
advanced recycling, petrochemical, specialty chemicals, or polymer
processing. · Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and build
trust with employees at all levels. · Strong analytical,
problem-solving, and organizational skills. Benefits : Eligible to
