Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2) or Principal
Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) to join our Special
Mission Aircraft team. This position will be located in Middle
River, MD or Warner Robins, GA. A full time remote may be
considered at hiring manager's discretion.Roles and
Responsibilities includes, but are not limited to the
following:Performs analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure
that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and
government cost control guidelinesPrepares budgets and schedules
for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses
such as funding profiles and variance analysisEnsures adequate
funding availability by maintaining accurate records of
expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and
submitting timely requests for additional funding to the
governmentIncorporates contractual changes into control systems by
staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to
maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselinesRuns reports
of actual cost incurred and prepares reports to compare the
variance between budgeted work and actual cost incurredLeads the
preparation and submittal of monthly financial CDRLsSupports
monthly/year-end financial activities at the CLIN level of a large
program with multiple contract typesDetermines, monitors, and
reviews costs, operational budgets and schedules, manpower
requirements, and material purchases as it relates to managing
costs and accurate/compliant invoicingReviews inventory management
and tracks material purchasesPrices rough order magnitude (ROM)
estimates and supports proposal pricingAssess progress against
established plans and parameters and supports preparation of
Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Estimate at Complete (EAC)Prepares
monthly financial rolling forecasts and annual AOP/LRSPFormulates
and recommends corrective action measures such as schedule
revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work
requirementsInterfaces with Program Management Office and
Functional teams to provide financial support and analysis to meet
program requirementsEffectively communicates with leadership and
customers regarding financial status, metrics and deliverablesThis

listed below.Basic Qualifications for Level 2:Will consider a high
school diploma or GED with a minimum of 7 years in Finance,
Accounting, Business management and/or industry related fields.Will
also consider:Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in
Finance, Accounting, Business management and/or industry related
fieldsMaster's degree and 1 years of experience in Finance,
Accounting, Business management and/or industry related
fieldsExperience with financial analysis and large data
setsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of tools: Word and
PowerPoint, strong proficiency in ExcelMust have or ability to
obtain/maintain a DoD Secret security clearanceUS citizenship
requiredBasic Qualifications for Level 3:Will consider a high
school diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years in Finance,

Finance, Accounting, Business management and/or industry related
fieldsMaster's degree and 4 years of experience in Finance,

experienceExperience in cost management, finance management, or
pricing & estimatingExperience supporting DoD contracts from a
business management perspectiveExperience with Firm Fixed Price,
Cost Reimbursable, and Cost Plus contract typesAwareness of CAS and
DoD reportingAwareness of A-606 Revenue Recognition
RequirementsAerospace/Defense Industry experienceAnalytical
abilityThis position reports to Warner Robins, GA, USA, however,
you are able to work from any of the additional 2 locations listed
above.Salary Range: $60,600 USD - $90,800 USDSalary Range 2:
$74,600 USD - $111,800 USDEmployees may be eligible for a
discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are
designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow
employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President
or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In
addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including
