Job Description:

Performs secretarial duties such as filing, word processing, and copying documents. Requires a high school diploma with at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures. Proficient with Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, the Internet, and Lotus Notes. Requesting extended knowledge of Access, someone who can not only work on established database, but also is knowledgeable & has proven knowledge of advanced Access (i.e. setting up of queries, generating reports, etc.). Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
