Title: Acquisition Program Logistician (F15)*

Job Location: Robins AFB, Warner Robins, GA

Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for an Acquisition Program Logistician on Robins AFB in our AIr Force (AF) F-15 System Program Manager (SPM) for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Fighter-Bomber Directorate (AFLCMC/WW) has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility for acquisition and sustainment of all F-15 aircraft worldwide. In order to meet current and projected workload requirements in support of Air Force Program Executive Officer for Fighters and Bombers (AFPEO/FB), the Government must augment its organic (military and civil service) capabilities in the F-15 Division (AFLCMC/WWQ) with Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support.

Job Responsibilities:

Duties include, but not limited to:

Provide support with the Transportation Plan development, Defense Transportation System, and the Supply Discrepancy Report and Quality Deficiency Report processes. * Provide support utilizing the Air Force Security Assistance Center (AFSAC) On-Line, the Parts, and Repair Ordering System, and the Federal Logistics Data system

Specialized Knowledge, Experience, Tasks or Qualifications

* Valid DOD Secret clearance

Apply logistics knowledge to perform various tasks related to the planning, development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive, affordable and effective systems support strategy. Address product support elements below:

* Sustaining/System Engineering

* Design Interface

* Supply Support

* Maintenance Planning and Management

* Support Equipment/Automatic Test Systems

* Facilities

* Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T)

* Technical DM/TOs

* Manpower and Personnel

* Training

* Computer Resources and Protection of Critical Program Information

Prepare an engineering DM plan, TO verification plans, and TO management plans. Assist the USG in identifying engineering data requirements and data rights claims in support of the F-15 weapon system.

Apply knowledge of GFP/GFE purchasing to determine the cost, develop budgets, process purchasing documentation and resolve issues to ensure adequate asset availability.
*

Participate in process improvement activities and meetings, to include IPT meetings, stand-up meetings, logistics reviews, PMRs and other meetings in support of workload requirements. Assist the program office by preparing, and coordinating Program Management Agreements, Service Level Agreements, MOA/MOU, SOO, SOW, electronic Staff Summary Sheets, and other program documents or directives as assigned.

Maintain data files for all depot and modification aircraft from cradle to grave. Identify and provide recommendations and/or solutions regarding candidate opportunities to reduce weapons system Air Force Total Ownership Costs (AFTOC). Support scheduled and unscheduled depot maintenance and modification tasks and weapons system sustainment activities. Gather and organize the required data to support Government in-depth technical evaluations and provide recommendations for depot-level maintenance and modification requirements.

Analyze and compare government and prime contractor GFE/GFP plans and schedules with program status to recommend those actions required to comply with plans, identify changes to plans, and recommend corrective actions to resolve problem areas.

Support special projects such as Supportability Operations Review Team (SORT), Executive Steering Group (ESG), etc. Schedule and attend preparatory events (including Action Item Reviews and Murder Boards) prior to SORT and ESG conferences, update/coordinate SORT Charter, and monitor and track action items generated from various forums. Setup, coordinate and facilitate meetings, Video Teleconferences and conferences as assigned.

Access/maintain government electronic technical systems. These include but not limited to Integrated Electronic Technical Management System and Joint Computer-Aided Acquisition and Logistics Support system.

Manage provisioning planning and implementation. * Junior - BA/BS degree and up to 3 years of experience.

* Journeyman - BA/BS degree and/or MA/MS degree and 3-10 years of experience

* Senior - MA/MS degree and 10+ years of experience

* Preferred: AFLCMC experience or other related DoD Acquisitions experience.
