a Senior Data Scientist in our Data and AI CoE, you will be part of
our core consulting team, helping customers solve problems, tackle
projects, and embrace challenges. You will collaborate with
solution architects, engineers, and analysts to design, prototype,
and deliver data science demos, proofs-of-concept, and scalable
solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Databricks,
and Snowflake, with languages like Python and R. Staying updated on
technological trends in data science, AI, and ML is also

- Design and prototype AI/ML and data science solutions for
customers using approved solution assets and platforms like
Microsoft Azure, AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks, ensuring
compliance with copyrights and governance.
- Communicate system requirements to stakeholders through design
and prototyping, ensuring smooth hand-offs, customer satisfaction,
and scalable solutions within ML Ops scenarios.
- Provide leadership and oversight to delivery teams and data
consumers across the organization.
- Monitor and optimize the quality, performance, and security of
Data & AI solutions, collaborating with solutions architects for
continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science,
or related field.
- Five to seven years of proven experience supporting operational
data science projects across industries.
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, or
equivalent cloud and data platforms, along with AI/ML tools.
- Basic knowledge of data modeling (OLTP & OLAP), data formats
(e.g., Avro, Parquet), and data pipelines (e.g., ADF,
Databricks).
- Strong skills in deep learning, machine learning, and
programming languages like Python, R, Scala, SQL, etc.
- Experience with event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka) and SOA
architecture.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and
organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, demonstrating
leadership when needed.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to customer
needs.
