Job Description:

What You'll Do:Provides mortgage rates and product information to new and prospective members by phone and in person.Receives all incoming member calls and routes to appropriate person or area.Calculates estimated payments and closing costs.Coordinates member flow to include appointments and referrals to Mortgage Account Executives.Distribute drop off and mail in mortgage loan applications.Assists members with address changes, initiates automatic payment transfers and questions regarding escrows and documents. Answers servicing questions regarding current loans.Provides payoff statements to attorneys, mortgage account histories to members and researches payment posting errors for corrections.Processes Security Deed Cancellations to ensure status of loan payoff, forward deeds to appropriate authority for cancellation, mail documents to members.
