Acquisition Program Planner and IntegratorThe Challenge:Are you searching for a position where you can use your program analysis skills to make a difference? A program requires a significant investment of limited resources across multiple projects. With that level of complexity, you need a skilled program analyst examining how those resources are used and keeping the program on the path to success. That's why we need you, a program analyst who can ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.The right leadership can be the key to a successful program. It takes a skilled program manager to guide its program through the complexities of its life cycle. That's why we need you, an experienced program manager who can serve as an acquisition program manager and subject matter expert in an aircraft system program office. You'll analyze, assess, and coordinate acquisition program documentation, including acquisition strategies, acquisition program baselines, and acquisition decision memorandums and participate with integrated product teams to provide acquisition expertise regarding all statutory, regulatory, and policy updates impacting acquisition documentation requirements. You'll build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including the resource sponsor, requirements officer, and operational test authority, to ensure successful program execution and obtain concurrence on the acquisition way-ahead.Empower change with us.You Have:-5+ years of experience with coordinating Air Force equipment acquisitions and management-3+ years of experience in a Staff Level division, Joint Headquarters Air Force, Major Command, or Air Component Headquarters-Experience as a program manager or logistics manager with contracting and acquisitions of Air Force Systems-Experience with multiple stakeholder organizations-Experience in working with Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), and Air Force Security Forces (AFSC)-Experience with U.S. Air Force Future Year Defense Program (FYDP), Program Objective Memorandum (POM), or Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) processes-Knowledge of MIL STD 881 and DoD 5000.02-Secret clearance-Bachelor's degreeNice If You Have:-10+ years of experience with US Air Force Logistics, Engineering, and Force Protection (LEFP)-Experience with cross-functional projects and using extensive collaboration across departments and commands-Experience with USAF Life Cycle Program Management and setting up new projects from start to completion-Knowledge of Air Force War Reserve Materiel (WRM) Program Guidance and Procedures-Knowledge of U.S. Air Force acquisition and budget codes and appropriations-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills-Top Secret clearance-Master's degree-PMP or Agile CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.Build Your Career:Consulting at Booz Allen means empowering you to provide your customers with the best support. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD).
