Boeing Global Services (BGS) organization has an exciting opportunity for a C-17 Portfolio Integration Lead (Level 4). This program manager will be part of a Boeing team located that works closely with the C-17 International, USAF and Foreign Military Sales customers in Warner Robins, GA.

Position Responsibilities

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Assist the Boeing Warner Robing Site Lead in the day to day operations of the facility and support to tenant organizations as well as support the C-17 I-Hub lead in support to the Virtual Fleet
  • Support the C-17 Sustainment International Program Management team with execution tasks associated with existing contracts to include sustainment and infrastructure programs as well as the development of new business opportunities associated with long term sustainment and capability improvements


    In general, Program Management Specialists responsibilities include:
    • Leads others and directs all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO standards)
    • Oversight, and management responsibility (including performance mgmt & reporting) for a portfolio of small to medium size projects in support of organizational the goals and objectives
    • Oversees Risk, Issues and Opportunity for International program
    • Identifies key stakeholder project specific objectives and requirements
    • Ensures assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan
    • Provides in-depth analysis of project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans
    • Provides assessment of team performance to appropriate management. Develops solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation
    • Provides in depth analysis; identify lessons learned, provide historical reports to incorporate into future project plans
    • Provides input of team member performance to management, where appropriate


      This position currently allows a hybrid work schedule. However, business needs may require up to 5 days a week on-site. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at Warner Robins, GA.

      This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

      Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
      • Bachelor's degree or higher
      • 5+ years' experience in a role requiring project / program management skills
      • Experience leading and building cross-functional teams
      • Experience interfacing with government customers
      • Experience creating and delivering presentations


        Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
        • Previous experience as a Chief of Staff (or similar role)
        • Foreign Military Sales experience
        • International business experience
        • Demonstrated working knowledge of engineering, supply chain and/or contracting
        • C-17 experience


          Typical Education & Experience :

          Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

          Relocation :

          This position offers relocated based on candidate eligibility. Note: Basic relocation will be offered for eligible internal candidates.

          Summary pay range: $107,950 - $146,050
