Northrop Grumman's Defense Systems sector is looking for a Manager
Programs 1 to manage Electronic Warfare sustainment programs. This
position is in Warner Robins, Ga.
The individual selected will support Electronic Warfare programs
and site growth objectives to include:
--- Responsible for cost, schedule, technical performance and
customer satisfaction on assigned programs
--- Provide support across all aspects of program operations -
including staff and leadership meetings, Program Reviews, customer
visits, etc.
--- Develop and implement required monthly/quarterly reporting
--- Coordinate staffing across process teams and with functional
and site management
--- Identification, distribution, tracking, and completion of
program requirements
--- Development and adherence to integrated master plans and
schedules
--- Ability to operate in an ambiguous and dynamic environment;
effectively develop solutions and identify optimal ways to address
a task or issue
--- Strategic and proactive thinking; ability to anticipate
potential challenges; ensure challenges are addressed in advance
and create a contingency plan
--- Collaborate with the Program Leadership Team and possess the
ability to influence without direct authority to produce
results/outcomes
--- Pursue program and adjacent market growth opportunities
