technology including cloud migration, integrating advanced

- 5+ years of experience working with intelligence information
systems or architectures supporting the combatant commands,
services, and the intelligence community
- Experience with managing programs, projects, and sustainment
activities in support of Air Force programs and supporting
networks, including capability integration, and providing strategic
and tactical recommendations to rapidly emerging National, DoD,
NATO, Allied, and Coalition Partner operational need
- Experience with analyzing DoD resourcing plans and budgets in
support of program management decisions and budget execution for
Air Force platforms and sensors, including developing cost,
benefit, and impact assessments on current and projected program
strategies
- Experience with developing, designing, and preparing customized
strategic documents, presentations, reports, and assessments in
support of senior level decision-makers
- Experience with core business architecture, architecting
vision, strategy, and execution plans for a program, including
partnering with product, business and IT leaders, and cloud
computing and pipeline automation with DevOps
- Experience in developing business goals and high-level strategy
with architect and IT teams to research, socialize and recommend
solutions, identify best practices, assess program health, and
drive execution
- Knowledge of SAFe, Agile and DevSecOps practices and
methodologies
- Ability to brief high level leaders, communicate with
stakeholders and strong consensus building
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have:
- Experience with software development methods, administering
VMware, including containers, storage, and resources, solutions and
integrating cloud infrastructure solutions, including AWS, Azure,
and OpenStack
- Experience with Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF
DCGS), Air Operations Center (AOC), U-2, Global Hawk, MQ-1 and MQ-9
sensors, or Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED)
architectures
- Experience with assisting Budget Funds Request drills,
Presidential Budget inputs, Congressional inquiries, HQ Staff
impact drills, and spend plans for current and upcoming fiscal
years, while providing the status of all accounts upon demand
- Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and
frameworks
- Knowledge of the Requirements Process (JCIDS), DoD PPBE System,
and Acquisition Process
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degree
- DAWIA Program Management Level II or III
