What You’ll Be Doing Operate ready?mix truck safely and efficiently to deliver concrete to customer sites. Perform pre?trip and post?trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation. Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel to support timely deliveries. Adjust chutes, controls, and equipment to discharge concrete according to specifications. Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized work area. What Are We Looking For Safe, reliable operation of commercial vehicles with attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast?paced environments. Strong commitment to safety practices and adherence to regulations. Capability to perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, lifting, and maneuvering equipment. Clear communication skills when interacting with customers and team members. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
