Job Description Job Description Job Summary: Reporting to the
Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor, is a motivated and
detail-oriented individual who wants to be a part of our dynamic
team. Warehouse Supervisor is a key link between the company and
its customer base of collision repair shops in the region. The goal
for each Warehouse Supervisor is to provide support to a fast-paced
Warehouse Team. A successful Warehouse Supervisor will be able to
be a contributor to the workflow of the department that oversees
the warehouse operations and staff. Supervisory Responsibilities: •
Warehouse Associates and Warehouse Leads Duties/Responsibilities: •
Safety and Training: Assist in providing safety training to
warehouse staff and ensure compliance with safety regulations. •
Facility Maintenance: Maintain a safe and clean warehouse
environment by overseeing building and equipment maintenance and
managing trash cleanup and facility repairs. • Workflow Management:
Manage the workflow for major warehouse tasks such as receiving,
shipping, maintenance, and quality control (QC). • Team Management:
Manage team members, create work schedules, and oversee their
performance. • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot problems associated
with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping,
maintenance, and QC tasks. • SOP Development: Assist the Warehouse
Manager in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures
(SOPs). • KPI Generation: Identify productivity areas to measure
and assist in generating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for
warehouse operations. • KPI Interpretation: Interpret KPIs and
guide the team to achieve set goals. • Shipment Scheduling:
Schedule incoming shipments, both overseas and domestic, and update
relevant programs accordingly. • Order Picking: Manage the order
picking process efficiently. • Returns Management: Create and
schedule shipments of defective or damaged items back to vendors. •
Training: Conduct equipment operator training for warehouse staff.
• Supply and Equipment Management: Order warehouse supplies and
equipment, as well as schedule equipment maintenance. • Claims
Processing: Process claims for defective or damaged products. •
Communication: Use email communication to liaise with other
distribution centers, vendors, or manufacturers. • Performance
Management: Oversee the performance management of warehouse staff,
providing feedback and guidance. • Physical Labor: Be willing to
assist with physical labor when necessary. Required
Skills/Abilities: • At least 1 year of experience in a Warehouse
Lead role. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate
and manage a team effectively. • Present oneself in a professional
and courteous manner, whether in phone conversations or emails. •
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with relevant
software and processes. • A high school degree or equivalent is
required. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple
responsibilities to meet deadlines. Personal/Professional

skills with the ability to collaborate effectively. • Able to
handle issues with precision, professionalism, and courtesy. •
Exceptional multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail. • A
“safety first” mindset. • Enthusiastic, patient and a positive
attitude. Physical Requirements: • Lifting and Carrying: may need
to lift and carry heavy objects or boxes. The weight requirements
can vary but often involve lifting items weighing up to 60 pounds
or more. • Standing and Walking: often required to spend a
significant amount of time on their feet, walking throughout the
warehouse to oversee operations and assist as needed. • Bending and
Stooping: There may be a need to bend, stoop, or crouch to inspect
items, pick up objects, or access lower shelves. • Repetitive
Movements: The role may involve repetitive tasks such as scanning
barcodes, using handheld devices, or packing items, which can
require frequent use of hands and wrists. • Climbing: may need to
climb ladders or stairs to access different levels of inventory or
equipment. • Driving: operation of forklifts or other motorized
equipment, a valid driver's license and the ability to operate such
equipment may be required. • Manual Dexterity: Good hand-eye
coordination and manual dexterity are important for tasks such as
inspecting products, handling small parts, and operating machinery.
• Physical Endurance: The role may involve long hours and
physically demanding tasks, so physical stamina and endurance are
important. • Safety Awareness: must prioritize safety and be aware
of potential hazards in the warehouse environment, taking necessary
precautions to prevent accidents or injuries. FLSA Status: Exempt
