Atlanta| Hybrid AmLaw 50 Firm | 2000 Billable Hour Target An AmLaw 50 law firm is seeking a mid- to senior-level associate to join its Finance practice in Atlanta. This role is well-suited for an attorney with experience representing financial institutions and corporate borrowers in complex lending transactions who is interested in sophisticated finance work within a collaborative national platform. The Role The associate will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a range of complex lending transactions, including acquisition financings, cross-border financings, and syndicated credit facilities. The practice offers meaningful responsibility, direct involvement in sophisticated transactions, and exposure to high-value financing matters. Ideal Background 2–6 years of finance or lending transaction experience Experience representing financial institutions and/or corporate borrowers Experience with syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, or cross-border lending preferred Large law firm experience preferred Strong drafting, analytical, and project-management skills Active member of the Georgia Bar Why This Opportunity Finance practice within an AmLaw 50 platform Sophisticated lending and financing transactions Collaborative team structure with strong mentorship Hybrid flexibility in the Atlanta office 2000 billable hour target Compensation range: $235,000 – $390,000 depending on experience and qualifications Confidential Inquiries All inquiries will be handled with strict confidentiality.
