seeks an Associate Attorney with at least one year of litigation
experience. Probate litigation experience preferred. This firm
represents high net-worth individuals and families in complex
estate and trust disputes. The role offers direct mentorship from a
highly respected Atlanta probate attorney with nearly 40 years of
experience. Responsibilities: Draft pleadings, motions, and
discovery Conduct legal research and writing Attend hearings and
depositions Assist with trial preparation Communicate with clients
and opposing counsel Practice Areas: Probate litigation Will
contests Trust disputes Fiduciary litigation Guardianship and
conservatorship matters Estate and business succession disputes
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year litigation experience (required)
Background in business, tax, accounting, or finance (required)
Strong research and writing skills Georgia Bar admission
