litigation matters across highly regulated industries while

continuous improvement. Responsibilities Prepare, proofread, and
edit legal documents and correspondence including contracts,
letters, memos, and reports. Maintain calendars and monitor
deadlines for assigned attorneys. Schedule meetings, hearings, and
conferences. Enter, review, and edit attorney time entries.
Coordinate new business intake and related documentation. Review,
proof, and edit monthly and quarterly client billing in compliance
with billing guidelines. Research and respond to requests for
information. Coordinate travel arrangements. Process expense
reimbursements and check requests. Organize, maintain, and update
physical and electronic files. Serve as point of contact for
guests, vendors, and couriers. Track inventory and order office
supplies as needed. Provide additional administrative support as
required. Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite and video conferencing tools. Prior transactional experience
preferred. Prior experience supporting litigation matters involving
insurance defense, coverage disputes, or risk-related claims,
including familiarity with industry-specific terminology and filing
requirements. Experience coordinating documents, pleadings, and
deadlines for attorneys practicing in insurance-related litigation,
including work with adjusters, carriers, or third-party
administrators. Benefits: Depending on the specific client,
