Profile: We are hiring an Enterprise Architect to lead the
transformation and optimization of the technology stack supporting
Supply Chain and the next-generation ERP transformation. This is an
exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving our business and
IT architecture in this space, ensuring alignment with Bose’s
long-range vision, our evolving strategies and market needs. In
this role you will be responsible for defining and aligning
technology solutions and roadmaps with key business objectives and
KPIs across Supply Chain. You will closely partner with key
business stakeholders across functions including supply and demand
planning, direct procurement, manufacturing, distribution, reverse
logistics, third party oversight, and reporting and analytics to
shape the corresponding technology strategy, build the architecture
runway, and help plan the delivery of new and decommissioning of
legacy capabilities. You will also serve as a key architect on the
ERP Next Initiative, shaping the design principles, integration
strategy, and data governance that enable process excellence and
scalability. The successful candidate will have a solid
understanding across the Supply Chain domains, the part they play
in the greater Bose value chain, their related business processes,
industry trends, and best practices. This individual will also have
experience with global contract manufacturing, third-party
distribution, and third-party repair operations. The candidate will
build relationships and influence, grow collaborative partnerships
across and outside the organization, mentor other team members, and
consistently act as a catalyst for change. In addition to Supply
Chain acumen, the candidate should bring strong experience with ERP
ecosystems—ideally having played a key role in ERP transformation
or modernization initiatives involving planning, procurement,
manufacturing, logistics, or finance integration. Specific
Responsibilities: • Offer consultation to internal stakeholders,
guiding them in maximizing the effectiveness of our IT assets. •
Develop IT solution roadmaps aligned with business capability
roadmaps, prioritizing support for current and future business
opportunities. • Advocate for Bose requirements within IT product
roadmaps, suggesting new applications, capabilities, and features
to relevant stakeholders. • Establish an architectural runway to
facilitate the timely implementation of high-priority business
epics, features, and stories. • Proactively manage technical debt
within our application ecosystem to ensure sustainability and
enhance business value. • Provide strategic oversight and
continuous stewardship of IT assets. • Define standards and
guidelines, ensuring that IT solutions adhere to the global
template and optimally leverage development tools. Required
Competencies: • Ability to understand the company's goals,
processes, and strategies within the Supply Chain domains is
essential. This includes comprehending planning, manufacturing,
purchasing, logistics, and reverse logistics operations as well as
the other business processes they relate to. • Ability to apply
strategic thinking to envision the future state of Supply Chain
systems and processes aligned with the organization's long-term
objectives. This involves identifying opportunities for innovation
and improvement. • Track record of relevant accomplishments in a
global company with extensive third-party logistics and contract
manufacturing. • Deep expertise in ERP architecture and design,
including experience leading or supporting ERP transformation (SAP,
Oracle, or similar) • Having the deep knowledge of enterprise
technologies relevant to Supply Chain functions such as ERP
systems, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), TMS (Transportation
Mangement Systems), and reporting and analytics for understanding
performance of third parties in the supply chain. • Extremely
effective written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders
across various departments is crucial for understanding their
requirements and explaining technical concepts in non-technical
terms. • Ability to analyze complex business problems within the
Supply Chain domains and develop innovative solutions that leverage
technology effectively. • Skilled in managing organizational change
associated with the implementation of new Supply Chain systems or
processes, including training and support for end-users. •
Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
relevant to Supply Chain functions, ensuring that technology
solutions comply with legal and ethical standards. • Working
effectively with cross-functional teams, including business
stakeholders, IT professionals, vendors, and consultants, to
achieve common goals. • The technology landscape and business
requirements are constantly evolving, so staying updated with
emerging trends, best practices, and industry standards is
essential for success. Experience Requirements: • 10 or more years
related work experience with at least 5 years of experience
building, deploying and operating Supply Chain-specific solutions,
including direct involvement in ERP transformation programs •
Proven experience in a global company with extensive third-party
logistics and contract manufacturing. • Relevant certifications in
enterprise architecture and Supply Chain technologies are a plus. •
Hands-on experience with cloud ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA,
Oracle Cloud ERP, Microsoft Dynamics) and WMS applications is
strongly preferred. • Strong communication skills, effective at
explaining complex concepts to varied audiences and decision
makers. • Leader with ability to build relationships, inspire,
grow, and coach others, and influence without authority. •
Effective at building collaborative partnerships and navigating
organizational structures to achieve shared goals and outcomes. •
Experience in managing large-scale projects, including planning,
resource allocation, risk management, and ensuring timely delivery
of solutions. Education/Certification Requirements: • Bachelor's or
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
related field. • Relevant certifications in Enterprise Architecture
such as TOGAF or ERP platforms (preferred). This role is hybrid,
with three in-person days at our Atlanta office. This requirement

location, and goes beyond base salary. The hiring range for this
position in the primary work location of Atlanta, Georgia is:
$149,200-$205,150.The hiring range for other Bose work locations
