involves: Drive comprehensive data excellence as a Space Data
Manager with JLL, where you'll serve as the core administrator and
single point of contact for CAFM technology while providing
essential system support to the Occupancy Planning team and broader
business partners. You'll maintain operational administration of
the platform while ensuring accurate space data inventory to
support strategic workplace decision-making and partnering with
digital and analytics teams within the Real Estate group to deliver
comprehensive data and reporting solutions. This role positions you
at the center of data integrity and system excellence, where your
expertise in platform administration, analytics reporting, and
process optimization will directly impact strategic workplace
decisions and organizational efficiency. Your contributions will
support JLL's data management excellence while you oversee system
configurations, maintain space inventory databases, conduct
utilization analysis, and drive automation initiatives that enhance
operational effectiveness and data quality across the organization.
What your day-to-day will look like: Platform Administration &
System Support: Serve as primary administrator and single point of
contact for CAFM technology overseeing system configurations, user
access management, and platform maintenance while delivering system
support and training to team members Data Management & Inventory
Oversight: Maintain space inventory databases including floor
plans, space allocations, capacity metrics, and utilization data
while ensuring standardized space measurement and classification
methodologies for consistent data quality Analytics & Reporting
Excellence: Conduct regular reviews of space utilization reports,
dashboards, and analytics ensuring data stewardship within CAFM
system while partnering with OPM Lead and Digital team transforming
complex datasets into actionable insights Process Optimization &
Quality Assurance: Drive automation initiatives and standardize
data processes to enhance operational efficiency while managing
data change requests and coordinating space data collection
activities including audits and CAD drawing updates Auditing &
Compliance Management: Coordinate and own space audits and data
validation processes ensuring deliverables meet established
standards while maintaining system operations according to service
level agreements and compliance requirements Strategic Planning
Support: Support strategic occupancy planning initiatives by
providing data-driven recommendations for space and portfolio
efficiency plus workplace solutions while collaborating on
comprehensive dashboard and report development Cross-Functional
Collaboration: Partner with Digital team developing and delivering
data solutions supporting strategic workplace decision-making while
leading process improvement efforts focused on enhancing data
accuracy and optimizing system performance Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management,
Data Analytics, or related field with three to five years of
experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or data
analysis roles Proficiency in CAFM platforms (Archibus, FM:Systems,
Planon) with advanced Excel capabilities and experience with data
visualization tools and statistical analysis software demonstrating
comprehensive technical competency Strong analytical skills with
demonstrated experience in statistical analysis, ability to conduct
regular reviews of space utilization reports and analytics, and
capability to transform complex datasets into clear narratives
Experience serving as system administrator with understanding of
user access management, platform maintenance, system
configurations, and capability to deliver effective system support
and training Knowledge of space planning principles, building
codes, workplace design trends, and understanding of corporate real
estate operations and facilities management best practices Ability
to drive automation initiatives, standardize data processes, manage
data change requests, and coordinate comprehensive space data
collection activities including audits and updates Capability to
coordinate space audits and data validation processes ensuring
deliverables meet established standards while maintaining
compliance with organizational data stewardship programs Preferred
Qualifications: Deep expertise in multiple CAFM platforms with
experience in system implementation, customization, or integration
projects that demonstrate understanding of complex system
architecture and optimization strategies Experience with business
intelligence platforms (Tableau, Power BI), advanced statistical
software, or machine learning applications that enhance data
analysis capabilities and predictive insights Experience supporting
executive decision-making, developing strategic recommendations, or
serving as trusted advisor in corporate real estate or facilities
management environments This position does not provide visa

States without sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this
position: 11,100.00 – 121,000.00 USD per year This range is an
estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation
packages are determined by various considerations including but not
limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions,
