At Cox Automotive, a dedicated leader in automotive solutions, we are seeking a Release Train Engineer II to join our dynamic Information Technology team. This role is pivotal in facilitating the delivery of our cutting-edge software solutions, driving the Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure key processes are made efficient and align with our strategic vision. The Release Train Engineer II will be responsible for optimizing the flow of value through ART using various tools, facilitating program-level processes and execution, escalating impediments, managing risk, and helping drive continuous improvement. Facilitate the PI planning process and other key ART events to ensure alignment and execution of company goals. Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams and the roll-up to Epics where necessary. Drive ART ceremonies and processes, encouraging collaboration and productivity. Track and communicate ART status and facilitate cross-team coordination and collaboration. Resolve and escalate impediments, manage risks, and help ensure value delivery. Help configure SAFe practices to the needs of the organization and standardize and document practices. Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment. Proficient in Agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). Strong understanding of software development life cycles. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to effectively coach teams in the Agile practices. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Medical Insurance SAFe Release Train Engineer certification. Certified SAFe Agilist preferred.
