$125,000–$135,000 base 15% bonus Employment Type: Full?Time
Industry: Single?Family Homebuilding About the Role Beazer Homes is
seeking a highly skilled Sr. Data Engineer to support major
modernization efforts across data architecture, analytics, and AI.
This role sits within a lean team , offering broad ownership across
multiple concurrent data initiatives. You’ll work directly with
Power BI developers, architects, and business stakeholders to
ensure high?quality, validated, and well?structured data throughout
the organization. Day?to?Day Responsibilities Own end?to?end data
migration, validation, and architecture workstreams. Support Power
BI developers with optimized, clean datasets. Lead and contribute
to multiple simultaneous projects: JDE (JD Edwards) data extraction
Hyperion ? OneStream migration MuleSoft SSI / stored procedures
Microsoft Fabric implementation Testing AI modules and agents (not
building new models) Migrating CRM data to Salesforce Support data
movement to enable AI model performance and reliability. Work
across full Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold). Must?Have
Qualifications 8 years in data migration and data engineering.
Strong Python and PySpark experience. Hands?on experience with
Microsoft Fabric implementation. Strong Azure and ETL (SSIS)
skills. Clear experience operating at multiple layers of the
Medallion Architecture . Ability to articulate: What medallion
layers you owned How you moved data between Bronze ? Silver ? Gold
Validation and quality control approaches Critical Requirement:
Databricks Candidates must have hands?on Databricks migration
experience: On?prem ? Databricks transformations Pipeline
implementation Understanding of who was involved and the
candidate’s role (expected to be the primary engineer) Plusses
Kafka Experience in the construction/homebuilding sector (DR
Horton, Pulte/Polty, etc.) Exposure to Informatica Who Thrives Here
