What You'll Do: Reviews, analyzes, creates and modifies programs on the Symitar system, and configures software applications to integrate with Symitar. Assist Managers with problem resolution of software operational issues as they relate to the operation of programs. Assure appropriate utilization of newly deployed technology. Research systems and operational problems, recommend and implement solutions. Maintain level of technical proficiency. Schedule and communicate the implementation of new applications and projects. Assist in the application testing efforts for new rollouts and upgrades. Lead project meetings. Effectively organize and prioritize all projects and programming requests. Maintain level of technical proficiency. Demonstrates teamwork by exhibiting the following: contributing to team effort, initiative, dependability, positive attitude, good attendance, tact, and diplomacy. If no degree, 5 years relevant work experience. 1 years of programming experience Preferred Education, Certifications & Experience (addition to above): Programming Languages preferred: HTML, .Net, C+, SQL, Java Java Script, Jack Henry PowerOn, Symform PDF, Adobe Knowledge and Job Performance Requirements: Highly developed critical thinking capability Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Interacting extensively with clients of the company, or within departments Critical examination of clients' requirements and understanding the clients' operations and systems Translating requirements of the client into workable models Planning and working flexibly to a deadline Meeting high pressure project deadlines Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
