our talent and promoting from within.The District Trainer is
responsible for training Property Managers by utilizing best
practices and model superior customer service, while achieving
sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance and selling
supplies. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead District training initiatives. Train, coach and lead
operational standards, best practices in customer relations and new
company processes to Property Managers.
- Conduct all new hire training in person in accordance with the
Rise Training Platform and SROA Operations Manual.
- Perform Property Manager duties when assigned as coverage at a
property.
- Completes a Monthly Checklist Review when assigned as coverage
at a property.
- Resolve second level customer escalations. Refers escalations
to District Manager as necessary.
- Assist in screening applicants as required.
- Assist with district administration functions including Bank
deposit reconciliations, Reservation reviews, Accounts Receivable
reviews, Auction validations and other assigned processes.
- Conduct lock cuts / DTM process assigned as coverage at a
property.
- Assist with acquisitions process including unit audits, lease
audits and new employee training.
- Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year as a Property
Manager at Storage Rentals of America or two years industry
experience as a Senior Store Manager /Property Manager.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience using software programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as a part of a small
team.
- Excellent problem resolution skills including the ability to
use tact and diplomacy to maintain professional, harmonious
relationships with customers in person and over the phone.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and access to reliable transportation.
Must be willing to travel to district properties including future
