The Classic Center is seeking a guest-focused, energetic Event Parking Supervisor to lead our parking team during events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working with people, and wants to help create memorable experiences for our community. What Youll Do As an Event Parking Supervisor, youll be the friendly leader guiding our parking operations. You will: Lead and support parking attendants to keep traffic flowing smoothly and safely in our parking deck Provide clear direction to staff before, during, and after events Ensure guests receive excellent service and feel welcomed Coordinate volunteers and community service staff to assist with parking operations Report maintenance issues and keep lots clean and organized Communicate with management about staffing needs, challenges, and guest feedback Assist with signage, layouts, and event-specific parking plans What Were Looking For We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and experiences. You may be a great fit if you: Have at least 1 year of experience in parking, events, facilities, or customer service (supervisory experience preferred) Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (hospitality or business coursework is a plus) Bring strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Can stay calm and make good decisions in busy environments Are comfortable using radios, tablets, and mobile apps Can stand or walk for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds Are available evenings, weekends, and holidays when events take place Why Youll Love It Here At The Classic Center, we believe parking is more than just finding a spotits the first step in creating an unforgettable event experience.
