This role provides an unparalleled opportunity to develop your counseling skills under the supervision of experienced therapists, offering both online and in-person sessions across various U.S. locations. As an LPC Associate, you will be integral in supporting our mission to provide premium, accessible mental health care, helping clients thrive in all areas of their lives. Provide initial client assessments and regular counseling sessions. Collaborate with licensed therapists to plan and coordinate treatment. Document and maintain client records in compliance with privacy regulations. Engage in continuous education to stay current with best practices in mental health. Assist with crisis intervention and supportive counseling as needed. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion Proficiency in clinical assessment techniques Comfort with digital documentation and telehealth platforms Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current, active status as an LPC Associate or licensure intern Supervised by a fully licensed LPC
