We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide in-home evaluations and therapeutic services that help patients regain or improve daily living skills while experiencing a new community. /n /n Minimum Requirements /n - Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. - Current, unencumbered state license to practice occupational therapy in the state of assignment (Georgia). Client requires active license prior to start. - Home health experience required. - Current CPR/BLS certification may be required. - Familiarity with electronic medical records, including HomeCare HomeBase, OASIS documentation, and standard office tools (email, basic navigation). - Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and agency-required liability insurance for home visits. - Supervisory experience preferred. OASIS documentation required. - Productivity expectation: 30 visits (client-stated expectation). - Typical work: Home visits with periodic office meetings.
