Blank Hospital-AN-0131 Submission Requirements:\r\nFLU VACCINATION IS REQUIRED - NO DECLINATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED\r\nUp to date resume that includes 2 years of experience in OR and documents travel experience.\r\n2 recent OR Supervisor/Manager References\r\nSkills Checklist matching specialty\r\nCurrent BLS, PALS\r\nEMR REQUIRED- EPIC\r\nRTO MUST be included at time of submission\r\n* NICOTINE FREE FACILITY* must be tested along with drug screen.\r\n\r\nOR RN\r\nShift: SATURDAY SUNDAY, 7A-7P\r\nNo Call required\r\nPediatric OR experience preferred.\r\nPrefer ability to scrub, but not required.\r\nMust have OR experience\r\nOffice surgery NOT acceptable\r\nNeuro, Ortho, ENT, General, Eyes experience required\r\n\r\n\r\nCHOA REQUIRES the flu vaccination for the flu season.
