care in a stepdown unit, delivering critical support to patients
transitioning from intensive care to lower acuity settings. This

Monitor vital signs and recognize changes in patient status to

and family education to support recovery and discharge planning
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
activities Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current and valid
RN license Experience in a stepdown or progressive care unit
preferred Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and dynamic healthcare
