Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg/Telemetry Duration: 48-hour contracts Shift: Varies Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Documented med/tele experience required License: Active nursing license Certifications: BLS, ACLS required Must-Have: Documented med/tele experience and checklist Ability to provide care for trauma patients Experience with heparin drips and acute medications Description: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. This position involves working in a 32-bed unit with an adult and older adult population. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5. Candidates must have experience managing trauma patients. Proficiency in administering heparin drips and acute medications as ordered is essential. Candidates should be familiar with specialty equipment, including gait belts, geriatric chairs, and PT equipment. Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or prior NICHE training is a plus. Familiarity with EMR systems is required.
