Job Description Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy,
active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A Physical Therapist is
needed to provide essential support to the PT department for a K-12
school setting in Mcdonough, GA, from October 2025 through May
2026. This contract position requires availability two days per
week working onsite to assist with a diverse caseload across all
grade levels. Key Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy
services to students K-12 in a school environment Collaborate with
the existing PT team to support therapy plans and interventions
Maintain detailed documentation according to school guidelines and
regulations Participate in team meetings and communicate
effectively with educational staff and families Ensure compliance
with all state and professional standards for physical therapy
practice Qualifications: Active Physical Therapist license in the
state of Georgia Experience working in school-based physical
therapy preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Commitment to promoting a supportive environment for student
development Location: Position is onsite in Mcdonough, GA within a
