Opportunity – Medical-Surgical RN – Georgia Start Date: March 9,
2026 Location: Stockbridge, Georgia Compensation: Details provided
to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts; every other
weekend; no call required Highlights: Patient ratio: 1:6 on a
12-bed unit Stable adult and geriatric med-surg population with
diverse diagnoses including CHF, COPD, sepsis, GI bleed, and more
Epic EMR system with Pyxis and SBAR protocols Comprehensive
interdisciplinary support including IV teams, pharmacy, respiratory
services, and rapid response teams Maximum 7 days of requested time
off during assignment First-time travelers accepted with a minimum
of 1 year of experience Requirements: Active Georgia or Compact RN
license required at time of application BLS certification required;
ACLS preferred Telemetry experience with ability to interpret and
manage dysrhythmias Minimum 1 year of nursing experience Two
supervisory references from Manager level or above Full compliance
documentation required prior to start date Ability to float within
