Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Atlanta, GA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,867 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN Neuro Profession: Nursing Specialty: Neuro Stepdown Duration: Permanent Shift: Day Hours per Shift: Not specified Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty License: Nursys License Verification required Certifications: NIHSS, ACLS Must-Have: Neuro stepdown experience; strong med/surg background may be considered Description: Candidates must have NIHSS certification included in their application packet to be considered. Neuro stepdown experience is required for this position. Strong medical/surgical nurses with NIHSS, ACLS, and some step down experience may also be considered, as they will be required to work with these patients. Experience with EPIC is required; please note it in the candidate profile. The manager will conduct interviews and extend offers. Candidate profiles must include work history/resume with no gaps greater than 60 days, skills checklist, references, and certification card. Minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty is required. All demographic information must be loaded into the profile, including a badge-appropriate picture.
