Georgia Hospice Care (GHC) seeks a dedicated Director of Operations to lead our healthcare teams and manage the daily activities in various counties across Georgia. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all operations align with our mission to provide compassionate, individualized end-of-life care, focusing on enhancing comfort and quality of life for our patients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare management, demonstrate profound empathy, and have a track record of improving operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Oversee daily operations across multiple hospice service locations. Manage senior staff and provide leadership to healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards for hospice care. Develop and implement strategies for operational excellence and patient satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster an environment of continuous improvement. Manage budgets, allocate resources, and promote cost-effective practices. Uphold GHC's mission and values, focusing on compassionate, personalized patient care. Strong leadership and organizational skills Expertise in regulatory compliance and healthcare management Proven ability to manage budgets and financial plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capability to implement strategic and operational change Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Administrator (CHPCA) preferred Master's degree in a related field is advantageous
