Scheduled Clinic and Call Need is for Supplemental Coverage
Dates: Dec 15th 7am to Dec 27th 7am Specialty Needed - Nephrology

Inpatient /Outpatient - both Type of Charting /EMR - "Hospital:
Clinician Hub Clinic: Athena" Board Certified or Board Eligible -
BC Is Fellowship required yes Reason For Need - vacation coverage
How Long Does Credentialing Take - min 20 days after receipt of
completed packet Are Temp Privileges Granted - yes Travel and
