ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Albany, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 01/19/2026 Duration: 17 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - ER Job Details: • Work in a Level 1 Trauma Emergency Department with approximately 140 patient visits per day • Patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4 • Care for patients from pediatrics to geriatrics including trauma, stroke, and various emergency conditions • Work every 3-4th weekend and every other holiday • Required to wear Caribbean Blue scrubs • Must have prior Meditech 6.15 experience and minimum 5 years experience in emergency nursing • Required travel experience or 5 years in a Level 1 Trauma Facility • Must live at least 75 miles from facility (driver's license address verification required) • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ASLS or NIHSS (TNCC preferred) • Complete online Cardiac Rhythms test (minimum 80% passing score) and ESI Triage Exam during orientation • Perform own lab draws and IV starts • Work with 25 monitored beds, 6 fast treatment beds, 6 fast treatment chairs, 2 trauma bays, and dedicated stroke room • May function as charge nurse when assigned • 1-2 shift floor-specific orientation based on comfort level • Cancellation policy allows 12 hours every 2 weeks Facility: This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive Level 1 Trauma Emergency Department that serves as a regional referral center for critical care.
