As a Behavior Technician, you’ll bring energy, creativity, and compassion to help children on the autism spectrum build essential skills in a fun, supportive environment. Work one-on-one with children at our center (no evenings or weekends!) while implementing learning programs, collecting data, and celebrating each child’s progress. You’ll be surrounded by a collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and practicum students who are as passionate as you are about making a difference. Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with families and team members. Deliver individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under BCBA supervision. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming therapy space. Engage children in structured and play-based learning activities. Collaborate with team members and participate in team meetings and training sessions. Qualifications: Passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum - patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are key. Physical ability to actively interact and engage with young children. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Reliable transportation and punctuality to get to our center on time! Eagerness to learn — ABA training provided!
