registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience

be considered. A specialized nursing opportunity is available for
experienced Registered Nurses with expertise in Level IV/surgical
Neonatal Intensive Care. This role demands a strong background in
caring for critically ill newborns with complex diagnoses such as
Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH), Meconium Aspiration Syndrome
(MAS), Necrotizing Enterocolitis (NEC), and others. Candidates
should be prepared to work a weekend-block schedule (Friday,
Saturday, Sunday) from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with the flexibility to
float between units and across campuses. Location: North Metro, GA

family-friendly communities. Key Qualifications: - Active RN
licensure with 2 years of NICU experience - Experience in Level
IV/surgical NICU preferred - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
certification required - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
certification preferred - Ability to float to other departments and
cross-campus units - Willingness to work holiday shifts around
Christmas - Commitment to maintaining a nicotine-free status and
flu vaccination compliance Responsibilities: - Provide high-level
nursing care to neonates in a Level IV NICU setting - Manage
patients with complex surgical and medical diagnoses - Collaborate
with multidisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes -
Assist with orientation scheduled on December 15, with additional
sessions in January - Adhere strictly to infection control and flu
