Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER I) to join a dynamic Resource Pool team. The nurse will work across five campuses and may float to Med-Surg and Observation units, especially with admitted patient holds. This role demands adaptability, clinical excellence, and a patient-first mindset.
