and partner facilities. Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and
experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER I) to join a
dynamic Resource Pool team. The nurse will work across five
campuses and may float to Med-Surg and Observation units,
especially with admitted patient holds. This role demands
adaptability, clinical excellence, and a patient-first mindset.
Roles and Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, compassionate
care to patients in emergency settings Rotate between various
campuses to meet staffing needs Work strictly three 12-hour shifts
weekly (6 shifts bi-weekly) Flexibly adjust to unit assignments
across ER, Med-Surg, and Observation Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes Maintain
accurate and timely documentation Skills: Strong emergency response
and triage skills Excellent critical thinking and clinical
decision-making Flexibility and adaptability to float between units
and locations Team-oriented with strong communication skills Please

GA or Compact RN License BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC
certifications (required) Minimum 2 years of ER experience
(preferred) Must comply with 50-mile local radius rule Reliable
