Job Description Acute Care General Surgeon OpportunityLocation:
Carrollton, GeorgiaAn established and high-performing surgical
group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Acute Care
General Surgeon to join a hospital-employed practice. This is a
unique opportunity to help build and lead a newly designed acute
care surgery service line alongside a dedicated team of experienced
professionals.Position Highlights: Full-time, hospital-employed
position Join a collaborative group of 7 experienced general
surgeons and 4 full-time Advanced Practice Providers Partner with
one other acute care surgeon to complete a focused acute care
service line Primary responsibilities include inpatient and
emergency department consults at a single hospital location
Facility features two da Vinci Xi robotic systems and robust
nursing and clinical supportSchedule: 7 on / 7 off rotating
schedule In-house scheduled hours Monday Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Evening call during the week covered by the general surgery team
Weekend call begins Friday at 5:00 PM and ends Monday at 7:00 AM,
covering consults at a single facilityCompensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary of /$500,000 Comprehensive benefits package

perks availableCandidate Requirements: MD or DO from an accredited
medical or osteopathic school Completion of an ACGME-accredited
General Surgery residency Board Certified or Board Eligible in
General Surgery Eligible for an unrestricted medical license in
Georgia* Proficient in the full spectrum of general and acute care
surgical procedure
