Job Title: Echo Ultrasound Tech Profession: Sonographer Specialty: Echocardiography Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Evenings Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of Echo experience required License: No license required to submit Certifications: BLS, RCS, RDCS Must-Have: - Adult and Pediatric experience - Ability to perform venous and arterial studies - Vascular tech experience needed for STAT echo coverage Description: An Echo Ultrasound Tech is needed for a contract position. Candidates must have experience with both adult and pediatric echocardiography. A minimum of 2 years of experience in echocardiography is required. Candidates should be able to perform venous and arterial studies. This role requires familiarity with specific ultrasound equipment. The successful candidate will report to the manager for interview and selection. Slate grey scrubs are required for this position. BLS, RCS, and RDCS certifications are mandatory. The position involves working in an acute care setting. Cancellation policy is applicable every 12 hours every two weeks. Charting will be done using MEDITECH - 6.1.
