Job Description Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Outpatient Spine & Pain Management Full-Time | Monday – Friday (Optional Weekends) We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a high-performing outpatient spine and pain management practice with multiple locations across the greater Atlanta area. This role involves working closely with a team of board-certified physicians to provide follow-up care, support treatment plans, and help patients improve their mobility and quality of life—without surgery. About the Role: As an Advanced Practice Provider in this role, you’ll manage outpatient visits, facilitate follow-up care, and guide patients through their recovery journey. You’ll serve as an integral part of a team that prides itself on personalized, non-surgical care and holistic pain management. This position will require occasional travel to another local clinic location within the metro area. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outpatient follow-up visits for patients dealing with spine, joint, or musculoskeletal pain - Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement individualized treatment plans - Refer patients to physical therapy, behavioral health, or other specialty services as appropriate - Participate in the management of personal injury cases, documenting thoroughly for legal and insurance purposes - Perform evaluations, medication management, and patient education on conservative, non-surgical treatment options - Support the coordination of care with internal and external providers - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Schedule: - Monday through Friday - Weekends available if desired (not required) - Flexibility to rotate between office locations in the Atlanta area Qualifications: - Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Georgia - Minimum 1 year of experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, or a related outpatient specialty (preferred) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Comfortable working independently as well as in a team-based setting - Experience with personal injury patients or documentation is a plus What You’ll Love: - Join a respected group of experienced, top-rated physicians - Be part of a team that values non-surgical, evidence-based care - Help patients achieve lasting relief and mobility improvement - Enjoy a stable schedule, competitive compensation, and growth potential
