Position Summary : As a Dietitian, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing nutritional care plans for patients in various healthcare settings. You will work closely with medical teams to ensure optimal nutrition and health outcomes for individuals under your care. Duties Conduct nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patients' needs Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of dietary interventions Provide nutrition education to patients and their families Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Supervise and train staff in the dietary department on nutrition-related matters Utilize health coaching techniques to support behavior change in patients Work in settings such as hospitals, long-term care facilities, and acute care units Specialize in areas such as geriatrics, tube feeding, and dietetics Experience Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is required.
