Supervisor at Agape Care you'll manage the coordination,
supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive
services for our Hospice patients in a safe, cost-effective manner.
The Clinical Supervisor will oversee the care team and provide
education and training related to clinical practice, regulation and
reimbursement changes as well as help orient new employees. As a
Clinical Supervisor at Agape Care, you'll serve as the driver of
our care team to ensure every patient receives the highest quality
care. ***Responsible for traveling to locations across Agape Care
Service Territory and as designated by supervisor. Extensive Travel
with overnight stays required.*** And just like all of our team

- A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for
providing the best possible care
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a
current state license as a registered nurse
- Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care
setting (hospice experience preferred)
- Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend,
move intermittently and lift at least 25lbs and bear the weight of
