Generalist opening in Warner Robins, Georgia. Permanent and full-time, day shift, Medical Technologist Specialist - send outs opening in Warner Robins area of Georgia! What you will do: Primary responsibilities include training and competency evaluation of staff and quality control of test reporting, monitoring instrument function, maintenance, troubleshooting and relevant issues. Participates in the testing protocols of the laboratory section on a daily basis with the performance of routine and non-routine analytical tasks, the correlation of test results with the appropriate patient indices, the solution of technical and analytical problems and the transfer of this knowledge to students and new employees. What is required: - Bachelor degree in Medical Technology or a lab related field - 5 yrs. of Lab experience including at least one year of experience in one of the areas of responsibility: Hematology, Chemistry, Special Chemistry or Blood Bank - MT Registration from ASCP, AMT, NCA, AAB Warner Robins is known as one of the best places to live in GA!
