Job Description:

Summary: Provides support to IPT or work center lead by collecting, analyzing and evaluating data and preparing briefings and reports for use by the appropriate office(s) within the Division, chain of command, and other acquisition, sustainment and operational agencies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities consist of but are not limited to the following: - Develops correspondence and documentation, and drafts official memorandums of agreement, staff summary sheets, Items of Interest and Ready-to-Send emails for use by leadership or Division offices. - Creates, manages and updates work center website design, as well as accesses and working in DoD databases to complete assigned tasks, some requiring the protection, handling and accountability of highly sensitive or secure data. - Plans, organizes, and conducts management review, off-sites and program meetings, and documents meeting minutes and actions items. - Ensures all written documents and correspondence are accurate, thorough and compliant with requirements to ensure leadership is provided the most current information for their decision-making. - Must perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of management Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job will not have direct supervisory responsibilities. Competency:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty assigned thoroughly and independently, without supervision on short term projects. Must have experience in an organization?s management and administrative functions to include word processing, protocol, spreadsheets, developing briefings, setting up meetings, coordinating multiple functions. Additionally, the management assistant must have an analytical ability, objective judgment, discretion working with sensitive personnel matters, and knowledge of a substantial portion of the administrative and program areas identified in the MAST position description above. Possess excellent communications skills to include extensive experience in writing and editing material for senior management. Education and/or Experience:
Minimum six (6) years within last eight (8) years working directly in management assistance functions and a BS degree operations, business, administration or related field is required. Language Skills:
Must possess an excellent understanding of technical issues, ability to communicate verbally and in written form effectively, and the ability to work within U.S. Government contractual realm. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Excellent telephone skills and knowledge of troubleshooting using vendors. Success managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Adaptable to changing requirements and tasks. Mathematical Skills:
Successfully perform basic mathematical functions as required in a business and/or engineering setting. Reasoning Ability:
Demonstrate and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form. Possess problem solving and analytical skills, and the capability to prioritize daily work schedule in keeping with productivity standards. Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual will have knowledge of the Microsoft development suite, and the Microsoft Office suite of software and knowledgeable of Web and Network architectures. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Current drivers? license, proof of U.S. citizenship, must have a current SECRET clearance or an inactive SECRET clearance within the last 24 months, enabling access to various Government facilities. Physical Demands:
