Job Title Senior Program Manager GEOINT Job Type Full-time Location Warner Robins, GA 31098 US (Primary) Education Bachelor's Degree Career Level Manager Category Intelligence Job Description Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Program Manager at the Senior-level who will provide senior level leadership for program and project acquisitions, OEM management, PWS/SOW execution, analysis, technical assessments and management of day-to-day high level programmatic operation responsibilities and data in support of the USAF Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) program for the Command, Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C2ISR) Division, Enterprise, Engineering, Branch and Program level projects. These positions will support the government customer in an Advisory and Assistance (A&AS) role to the functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) based on an understanding of the USAF C2ISR transition in an ever-changing dynamic environment of C2ISR. Contractor personnel shall provide A&AS to the Government on the following tasks: Manage the internal acquisition requirements for mission sustainment activities of OEM supporting the programs/projects annually, and must have extensive acquisitions knowledge, Statement of Work and/or Performance Work Statement, Contract Data Requirements Line Item (CDRL), DID and ACRN. Ability to determine and understand the applied Air Force Instructions (AFI) and Regulatory policies to support annual budgetary resources, with a clear understanding of mission requirements, cost containment and savings efforts, and proper execution of program. Properly assess priority of activities with the supporting IPT staff in order to realize the optimum and most efficient outcome in order of priority and timely responses in line with government direction. Consolidate and provide information from databases containing program data ranging from requirements management; OEM Management, CCB---s, ERB---s technical evaluations as it relates to cost, schedule and performance, tracking to budget constraints and authorizations. Interpret financial information and annual budget planning, understanding of ACRN---s and color of money as it relates to ongoing programs in support of C2ISR AF sustainment projects and specifically to ACAT and multifunctional IPT teams. Analyze project data to recommend best COAs, for mission requirements, budgetary recommendations and OEM management as it relates to AF DCGS/IBS/SP/JSTARS programs. Coordinate all programmatic documentation of record, OEM correspondence for programs/projects, Blue Charts, Forecast, CLS Brochure data, CCB and ERB presentations and leadership briefs, manage cost, schedule and performance with a clear understanding for acquisitions and sustainment in support of program management. Proven knowledge to maintain, monitor and provide advisory assistance to government leadership in annual contract budget data to include data entry to the requirements WebCCaRS data base, ABSS, Requirements, Purchase Requests, RAITs, Earned Value Reports, and annual CLS updates and input. Experience with DCGS IT Battle Management Weapon Systems a plus, or USAF Communication Systems. Must have high level of Programmatic and Contractual understanding to support ACAT, with a good IT understanding regarding program execution of software and system requirements from an overall standpoint of program management, cost, schedule and performance, with a technical understand of requirements. Experience and/or certification in PMP , ITIL and AGILE strongly desired. Job Requirements A Minimum of 3-10 years proven DoD programmatic related experience. Experience working on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a DoD governmental programed performing all functional duties independently. Experience overseeing the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job and/or project, IPT or overall team effort. Candidates must be able to brief to top government leadership, have excellent written and verbal communication skill sets, be positive in a demanding environment while remaining flexible. Education Requirement BA/BS degree. Security Clearance Requirement A minimum of a Secret security clearance is required to begin work.
