The Program organization pushes the boundaries of asset lifecycle management, redefines analytic capabilities, and drives advances in project management. Northrop Grumman benefits give you the flexibility and control to choose the benefits that make the most sense for you and your family.Description:As the Manager of Operations Project Management, the selected candidate will join the Program Office for AAQ24 and interface with multiple internal as well as external functional areas including Program Management, Business Management, Contracts, Mission Assurance, Depot and Engineering Technical areas internally. This position is also responsible for Government Depot Partner.As an integral part of the Program Team, this position will help develop program management strategies and effectively communicate plans to the functional areas.This position insures AAQ24 Financial and Contractual Performance Metrics are met.Position oversees and manages personnel responsible for tracking assets through the repair lifecycle. Monitors the delivery schedule for timeliness of assets repair completion. Supports internal reporting both monthly, quarterly and yearly. General understanding of Program Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS) & Contractual Delivery Orders. InsuresBasic Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Scheduling/Planning; or a Masters degree and 4 years of experience in Scheduling/Planning; Four additional years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams or projects
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Products with emphasis on Access and Excel .
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Warner Robins, Georgia.Preferred Qualifications:Prior asset forecasting and schedule planning and lifecycle management experience.Knowledge of root cause / corrective action processes and techniques.Knowledge of Government Contracts.Strong problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize.Strong attention to detail.Initiative, self-starter, adaptable, and high motivation for excellence.High energy, results oriented, self-motivated/self-reliant.Forecasting ExperienceExperience being a Lead interdepartmental meetings to identify production constraintsBackground in Repair/operationsExperience with Government Inventory auditsSAP experienceWAWF experienceSalary Range: $85,400 USD - $128,000 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
