Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman Defense Systems sector is seeking a Principal Property/Asset Management Analyst to join our growing team of diverse professionals in Warner Robins, Georgia to support our electronics manufacturing and repair programs.The Principal Property/Asset Management Analyst will work within the Operations organization and will be responsible for (GP) Government Property and (CP) Customer Property for the Site. The Property/Asset Management Analyst will occasionally assist Facilities, Finance, and Corporate Northrop Grumman Sector personnel with company and leased property. Responsibilities:
    • Receive and Identify GP/CP in accordance with FAR 52.245-1 and Sector Guidelines
    • All government/customer equipment, including ST and Special Test Equipment (STE), shall be identified, and tagged consistent with sector/site and program processes and protocols
    • Analyze data and develop corrective actions from (CARs) Corrective Action Results to drive Site Government Property Improvements in the management of Government Property
    • Site Lead to coordinate yearly Sector Physical Inventories and Program reporting to CDRL requests related Program Equipment or Government Assets
    • Reconcile, Report, and Adjust Site Property Records and document physical inventory of GP/CP and Site Equipment records
    • Support the Site Scrap Process and Property and Disposal directed for plant clearance processing plus items on inventory disposal schedules entered in the Department of Defense (DoD) Plant Clearance Automated Reutilization Screening System (PCARSS)
    • Site Point of Contact for (GFM) Government Furnished Material and assists with Finance and/or Contracts on Cost Account Inventory and Reporting*A minimum of a SECRET Clearance required within first 6 months of employment*Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
      • Candidate must have a Bachelors of Science Degree or Business Management Degree and 6 years related experience; Masters of Science Degree or Business Management Degree and 4 years of related experience; or 10 years related experience is accepted in lieu of degree.
      • Minimum of 5 years in the Government Property Area
      • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Power Point
      • Candidate must have or be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret Security Clearance; this is required within first 6 months of employment* Preferred Qualifications:
        • Experience with DD-1149 and DD-250 Forms and DOD Systems a plus
        • Experience with Classified and Communications Security (COMSEC) a plus
        • Experience with Property Close Outs, Loss Reports and Dispositioning of Assets in (PCARSS) a plusSalary Range: 65700 - 98500Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
