Job Title Aeronautical Engineer, Senior Job Type Full-time Location Warner Robins, GA 31098 US (Primary) Education Bachelor's Degree Career Level Experienced (Non-Manager) Category Information Technology, Intelligence, Logistics Job Description Credence Management Solutions, LLC , is seeking an Aeronautical Engineer at the Senior-level to support the U-2 Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) / Special Operations Forces (SOF) program. The contractor will provide senior branch-level engineering analysis of aeronautical, aerospace and mechanical engineering disciplines to perform as liaison and management of high-level day-to-day technical system engineering operations for programmatic and aircraft systems responsibilities and data in support of the U-2 ISR/SOF program and projects located at Robins AFB, GA. This position will support the government customer in an Advisory and Assistance (A&AS) role to the Integrated Product Team (IPT), based on an understanding of the U-2 ISR/SOF program in an ever-changing and dynamic status of C2ISR . Contractor personnel shall provide A&AS to the Government on the following tasks: Provide Systems Engineering support in accordance with C2ISR Division governance. Provide technical coordination with the C2ISR Program Integration Office (PIO), ACAT Lead PMs, Engineering and Functional Leads (Security, Test, CM, and IA), and others as directed. Assist with developing concepts, techniques, and applications that advance the state-of-the-art and contribute to the development of effective system/subsystem designs. Assist with developing technical requirements, based on operational scenarios, across all phases of system development (including concept exploration, design, integration, test, and fielding) for highly complex systems/subsystems. Perform analysis of all incoming user requirements in execution of system-related modifications. Perform finite element analysis and modeling; develop standards and guidelines for tasks being performed. Analyze technical documents for compliance with objectives and thresholds; articulate findings and recommend remedies or alternatives. Support periodic updates to the Systems Engineering Assessment Model (SEAM). Support development of the strategic technical recommendations for the U-2 Requirements Review Board (RRB). Provide Engineering Review Board (ERB) support. Job Requirements * 3 to 10 years of relevant experience. * Candidates must be able to brief to top government leadership, have excellent written and verbal communication skill sets. * Willingness to travel, if required. Education Requirement: * Bachelor's or Master---s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other Engineering-related field. Security Clearance Requirement: A minimum of a Secret security clearance is required to begin work. Must be able to upgrade and maintain a TS.
