What You'll Be Doing Perform maintenance and repairs on aggregate processing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions promptly. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Collaborate with team members to maintain safe and efficient operations. Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and equipment status. What Are We Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and repair heavy equipment. Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Commitment to safety and adherence to company standards. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
